The exterior form of the building is a crisp modern design to fit in with the surrounding properties, with low maintenance claddings. Depth is created by clever detailing such as staggered recessed windows that extended up the three stories. The top story roof tapers out from the main form of the building and is anchored by a wing wall creating further depth and interest to the elevation.
