This project is a large commercial complex along the main boulevard of a large subdivision North of Christchurch. The purpose of the development was to service the surrounding community with a variety of facilities such as retail, cafes, beauty service and offices. The building was to interact with the street, to be of an Architectural Scale, and to be the heart of the community but not dominate its surroundings.
