Major internal alterations and renovations have been completed on a tired historic manor in the heart of Merivale. This building, originally containing five disjointed tenancies, has been given a new lease of life and now been converted into six modern light filled, functioning apartments. As part of the alterations, major works involved upgrading and installing full fire ratings and accessibility to bring it up to the latest building code requirements.
