Alterations and extensions were completed to a run down earthquake damaged character home. The existing house had undergone numerous alterations and extensions over the years making the internal spaces disjointed and the external appearance less than appealing. The living room was extended to create an open plan kitchen / living / dining area opening out onto a northern deck. The new work was completed to compliment the style and materials of the existing house.
