The brief was to create a modern extension that contrasted with the traditional villa style existing house, along with major internal alterations. The house was transformed from having a disjointed internal layout and detached garage to a modern four bedroom home with additional office space, functional living areas and attached garage. Relocating the garage closer to the street frontage allowed for a larger outdoor living space to the north west of the property.
